Bus Itinerary
- 06:30 – 07:10 (21:10 – 21:45): Free pick up at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and transfer to Sapa Express Bus for the departure to Sapa at 7:30
- 09:00 (23:30): Have a rest-stop at Km57 for 30 minutes, here you can go to the toilet. Then at midnight (3:30 AM), there will be a second stop for 15 minutes at Km237
- 13:00 (3:30 AM): Arrive in Sapa town – stop at our office, 588 Dien Bien Phu street. (You can stay on the Bus until 06:00 AM before checking in your hotel.)

If your hotel is located outside the pick-up area, please come to the meet-up location below at least 30 minutes before the departure time: Hanoi: no. 12 Ly Thai To street, Hanoi
Drop-off point in Sapa:
- For Sleeping bus: No. 468 Dien Bien Phu street, Sapa
- For 28-seat limousine bus: No. 08 Thu Dau Mot Street, Sapa town
Important Notes
- Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
- Seat arrangement will be made by Sapa Express's bus operators
Additional Information
- 30% surcharge on holidays 27th Dec - 1st Jan 2020
- Children with age 0-4 are free of charge as long as they share the seats with their parents
- The duration of the transfer may vary due to traffic conditions
- The buses do not have accessibility features for disabled passengers (i.e., wheelchair users)
- Food is not allowed for consumption inside the vehicle

Cancellation policy
- More than 3 days before your departure time: 100% refund but with an additional $1.5 per ticket per route as the service fee
- Between 24 hours and 3 days before departure time: 50% of the total price is charged
- Within 24 hours prior departure time: No refund
- Passenger not showing up: No refund
